Learnex: learning and exchanging best practises with international partners
As a part of its international development strategy, GRDF proposes each year to its employees to participate in a short-term immersion period at an international energy utility.
Employees participating to these 4 to 6 weeks exchanges have two missions :
Challenge and benchmark GRDF’s internal practices and confront them to other practices.
Study a specific topic important for GRDF in order to perform a feedback highlighting innovations and best practices potentially of use to GRDF.
In 2018, 8 employees of GRDF participated in exchanges with Distrigas Sud (Romania), Energir (Canada), ENGIE Mexico and Izgaz (Turkey).
